(b) Players can click on "My Package" to view and claim their rewards. Virtual items will be sent via in-game mail, while all physical rewards will be distributed after the event concludes. Please fill out your personal information promptly!

Winners of physical rewards must click on 'My Shipping Address' to enter their personal information. Rewards will be shipped within 30 working days after the event concludes. Failure to provide an address within 7 days or entering incorrect information will result in forfeiture of the rewards. This page is the sole method for collecting addresses, and no postage charges will apply. Please be vigilant against scams and avoid sending money to others.
Any player found participating in the event through improper means or engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities, including using cheating software or hiring others to participate, will be disqualified from the event and will not receive any rewards.
Events beyond our control, such as severe disasters, social events, government directives, large-scale cheating, and major network attacks or system failures that lead to significant errors in the prize-winning list, may result in event termination or changes. In such cases, the organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the event.
